Director Of Operations Excellence Jobs

Prepares cost /benefit analyses and presents recommendations to management.

Leads critical cost savings projects using project management tools

Develops management systems, establishes work measurement programs, and performs line workload observations to develop standards for labor and materials utilization.

Prepares and gives formal presentations to management about projects progress and direction.

Ensure the benefits generated by the projects are properly measured and that the impact on total costs are validated by finance

Manages development and execution of the plant Productivity Deck (list of CI projects for the year)

At least 10 years of management experience within a distribution and service-oriented environment

Project management of new rollouts and KPI dashboards to drive cost and service improvements.

Lead operational management teams to achieve develop and/or improve operational processes under tight deadlines.

Analytical skills and experience identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans.

Must have excellent communication skills to effectively deal with different functional managers.

Support and manage critical relationships with external partners for technology driven projects.

8+ years of PMO Management Experience or experience plus education equivalent – PMP preferred

Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and management skills

Expert‐level knowledge of project and change management, methodologies, techniques, processes (e.g., Project and Portfolio Management Methodology – PPM)

Excellent management & supervisory skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to meet time sensitive deadlines.

Manage portfolio of enterprise projects and provide leadership to cross-functional teams

Drive communication rhythm and measurement of key priorities, goals and QBR’s in coordination with the Strategic Program Management Team

Excellent writing skills. Previous experience crafting c-suite level communications is highly preferred

Self-starter with proven financial and analytical skills

Ambitious approach with proven experience working with innovative consumer brands that have a strong digital brand presence

Experience using data visualization tools and PowerPoint/Word to persuasively communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences

7-10 years of experience in one or more of these areas: strategy, operations, operations enablement, and process improvement
