Job Description

Job Responsibilities


  • Guide the strategy development and execution of company's Innovation that is disruptive and transformational for the company to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving marketing targets. Specific responsibilities include business and market development, market research and planning, strategic direction for product promotion, and coordination with sales.
  • Deliver financial, volume and marketplace share objectives. Lead the development of strategic multi-year growth strategies that are customer specific. Prioritize objectives and initiatives to deliver against customer portfolio plan objectives. Make appropriate business decisions to meet agreed to P&L targets. Prepare quarterly presentations for CEO,executives, and board members to explain the company's current and future strategies.
  • Build strong, effective, high performance teams, motivating, coaching, developing and communicating regularly with team members to help them perform to their maximum potential as individuals and as a team. Strengthen the quality of the team through leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and recruiting of strong talent that builds organizational capability and fits the culture. Lead and coach Sales, Marketing and Innovation teams to continuously improve functional excellence, collaboration, systems and processes to drive stronger results more efficiently.
  • Analyse existing products and markets in terms of the ability to compete, gain market share, grow revenue and sustain or grow profitability. Lead the process for the continuous evaluation of trends and adjust strategy to capitalize on shifts in the marketplace.
  • Effectively collaborates cross-functionally with other leaders. Plays an essential leadership role in the NPD process with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Sales and Marketing to ensure all commitments are met.
  • Collaborates with other functional leaders to achieve growth, profitability and cash flow targets in alignment with company goals, strategies and values.
