Director, Laboratory Services Jobs

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the general direction of the Sr. Director Ancillary & Support Services, the Director, Laboratory Services plans, directs & controls the activities of Laboratory Services. Responsible for operating procedures, budget & strategic planning. Facilitates the growth & development of the Lab teams, providing direction & feedback in relation to performance. Anticipates technology & related business changes. Knowledgeable on all regulatory & accreditation requirements related to the Laboratory & acute care hospital.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
8 Years of Experience
ASCP Certified Medical Techn
Minimum five years leadership experience.
Strong fiscal planning skills
Experience with standard operating procedures and business analysis for laboratory service lines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree
The expected hiring range for this position is $67.58 to $92.92
