KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop Digital IT strategies, roadmaps, new ways of working, and priorities in partnership with Enterprise IT leadership, SGB CIOs and cross-functional business leaders.
Coordinate and prioritize tasks and projects across IT Towers to ensure they align with Digital IT annual strategic plans.
Identify and address operational and organizational issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements.
Collaborate with other executives and Digital IT Tower Leaders to drive cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects.
Own, develop and maintain Digital IT Management Operating System, including staff meetings, standing operational reviews and associated content, such as Digital Transformation, Board of Director, and Audit Committee meetings.
Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations for the VP, IT Strategy & Transformation and other IT executives.
Engage meaningfully on critical customer challenges and influence bold decision-making at the intersection of business, digital technology, and operations understanding it will take resilience and creativity to implement with urgency.
Determine and influence the right drivers, investments needed, and process disciplines to accelerate achievement of business objectives.
Create deliverables that clearly articulate to audiences at all levels the value realized, capabilities enabled, and accomplishments delivered against strategic plans through digital technologies.
Lead and advise stakeholders on Honeywell’s Digital IT journey and landscape in the context of the broader emerging technologies, economic, regulatory, and social trends.
Drive emerging technologies research efforts with ecosystem partners and research institutions to gather insights/data that drive growth and optimize operations to create long-term, sustainable value.
Build and drive adoption of practices and roadmaps to break down silos and empowering the organization to deliver “One IT” solutions and experiences to all stakeholders and customers.
Advise, mentor, and manage team members to help them realize their fullest potential and actively encourage diversity, equity, acceptance, and inclusiveness.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related field.
+10 years of relatable IT experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
