Job Description

Position: Director, Client Partnerships

The Director, Client Partnerships helps ensure company performance against client commitments and growing each book of business. This role will provide support collaboration with client(s) as well as internal organizations to drive financial, operational, and clinical performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Function as a key contact and facilitator for defined clients to ensure Monogram is exceeding expectations
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Support development and maintenance of strategic client relationship plans
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with client business and clinical counterparts
  • Partner internally and externally to develop operational workflows to improve clinical performance
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure all deliverables and milestones are met to exceed contractual and client expectations
  • Support preparations and delivery of client business and clinical reviews
  • Support management of one or more clients and business outcomes, working in partnership with Market and Clinical Operations to establish and drive financial goas, operational and clinical metrics
  • Client executive relationship management
  • Serve as internal subject matter expert for contractual commitments and standards for managed clients
  • Manage contractual requirements to ensure deliverables and reporting are timely and accurate
  • Partner with Implementation Team for new client implementations
  • Support of client retention and growth
  • Utilize effective problem-solving skills to overcome both internal and external challenges
  • Review Key Performance Indicators and Dashboards for opportunities to improve operational performance
  • Document and maintain current client processes and business requirements.
  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Internal coordination (Clinical Performance, Market Leadership, IT/Medical Economics) to ensure systems and processes are established to meet specific requirements

Position Requirements

  • Expertise partnering with internal departments to drive collaboration and results
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
  • 5+ years’ experience with program management, project management, or similar experience
  • Experience working in high-growth environment preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience working for a dialysis organization, value-based provider group, health plan, and/or vendor contracting with health plans delegated for services
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college
  • Nashville, TN based or Remote
