Digital Media + Executive Assistant

The Digital Media & Executive Assistant will complete digital marketing and administrative duties to help build the IHC Agency brand and CEO’s personal brand. This role will require creativity and flexibility to successfully assist both Iman, the agency and clients. This role is perfect for a multi-faceted, creative individual who is looking to gain more insight and experience in the industry.


Role & Responsibilities


Digital Media

  • Planning Iman’s feed layout completed 2 weeks in advance, to be approved by Iman
  • Presenting weekly creative ideas and scripts for her digital platform
  • Keep track of brand partnerships and collaborations on an excel spreadsheet to be updated daily
  • Create email templates for all of Iman’s outreach by categories, fashion, hotels, restaurants etc
  • Update Iman’s media kit on a regular basis with new media stats, partnerships and pricing
  • Content editing for Iman’s digital platforms: Instagram and TikTok
  • Secure speaking opportunities for Iman on podcasts and conferences
  • Assist Iman grow her social media presence on Instagram and Tiktok, through strategic content and community engagement
  • Support the Head of Paid Partnerships & Digital Strategy
  • Providing content ideas and helping Iman and IHC Agency implement them on her social media channels (Instagram +TikTok)
  • Creating and Filming creative reels and Tiktok’s

  • Podcast Management

    • Manage the podcast preparation, topics of discussion and recording
    • Liaison with the editing team to edit the podcast and any additional post production needs
    • Assist in creating Iman’s podcast by researching and presenting potential topics, researching talent and supporting the marketing efforts to promote the podcast, Iman and her show guests
    • Manage and secure paid sponsorships for the podcast series
    • Oversee the podcast research, outreach and organization of the podcast guest scheduling


    Executive Assistant

    • Keeping track of teams monthly expenses in XL and handling all expense reports
    • Make sure to pay all bills on time and keep track of billing info without any glitches
    • Assisting on photoshoots + styling. Doing pulls and returns for photoshoots
    • Assist Iman with restaurant, hotel and travel bookings
    • Supporting CEO on scheduling meetings and new business outreach
    • Management of Iman’s calendar, send calendar invites with Zoom links
    • Managing company subscriptions and auto renewals with Managing Director and CEO
    • Keep track of all podcast partnerships and billing
    • Working with the CEO, Managing Director to submit all team and client monthly expenses to the CFO


    Qualifications

    • Team player who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
    • Extremely meticulous attention to detail
    • Strong communications skills coupled with management skills to manage up effectively
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ir evolution
    • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
    • Passionate about current cultural trends, social media, influencer marketing and storytelling
    • Experience in implementing and executing successful and impactful digital strategies that drove significant, measurable growth for businesses
    • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and confidence in presenting client pitches
    • Minimum 3-5 years experience, mid to senior level experience of working in digital marketing role
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, and juggle multiple projects
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate


    Job Type: Full-time


    Schedule:

    • Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
    • Weekend availability as needed
    • Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm

    Experience:

    • Content Creation/Management: 3-4 years experience
    • Social media management: 3-5 years (Preferred)
    • Podcast or production experience preferred

  • Work Location: In person in the agency's Miami office in Wynwood
