DIGITAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

The Digital Media Coordinator will support the IHC digital team on fashion, wellness, beauty & hospitality accounts. This role is focused on digital strategy, social media execution, content creation and execution, influencer relations (paid and organic), brand partnerships, and creating strategy decks in response to client briefs. The successful candidate will be a creative and analytical online marketer—a social media native who understands TikTok and Instagram's latest viral trends and themes. Have extensive knowledge of the digital ecosystem and be able to implement digital marketing strategies that result in increased sales. A passion for / knowledge of current digital trends and an interest in fashion and the broader cultural/social landscape (i.e., music, art, etc.) are essential, as they will be tasked with creating concepts and branded content for various platforms to drive buzz online.


We seek a talented digital media coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our clients in modern wellness and hospitality. Your role is to implement social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms. We want to meet you if you are a tech-savvy professional interested in communicating with clients through social channels. As a social media coordinator, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. Ultimately, you should increase social channel growth and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging captions, images, and video content
  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Design posts to sustain readers' curiosity and create buzz around client's products and brand storytelling


  • Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
  • Oversee social media accounts' layout
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries


Admin:

  • Support senior team members, including helping with administrative tasks where needed
  • Research client competitors and current events relevant to the digital and luxury space
  • Share best digital practices with senior leadership and propose next steps
  • Support on day-to-day client management, including direct client contact, demonstrating maturity, professionalism, and client awareness
  • Own the agenda and meeting notes process for client meetings
  • Create and deliver reports, both qualitative and quantitative, to demonstrate the value of programs and review and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results and provide key future learnings
  • Remain ahead of all news at the intersection of fashion, lifestyle, wellness, and hospitality to advise clients on new opportunities and emerging strategies
  • Be present on every bi-weekly client call to show work and content calendar in collaboration with the IHC team.
  • Support Director of Digital, Partnerships & Events and CEO, where required, and weekly check-ins with senior management to provide updates on each account
  • Daily check-ins with the team to provide updates and, next steps & growth tactics


Skills:

  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms
  • Proven work experience as a social media coordinator or intern
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
  • BS degree in Marketing, New media, or a relevant field
  • In-depth knowledge of Instagram and TikTok and various editing tools
  • Multitasking and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)


Job Type: Full-time


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
  • Weekend availability as needed for real-time posting or event support

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Social media management: 1 year (Preferred)


Work Location: In person in the agency's Miami office
