Modernizing Medicine is hiring a Digital Media Intern (DMI) to produce effective and engaging media content for assigned projects including: Modernizing Medicine’s online university and knowledge base, training materials, user documentation, and other customer-facing collateral, as needed. The DMI is primarily a supporting role for Content and Curriculum Managers and the Director of Knowledge Services to offset educational content development.

Your Role

• Responsible for the accuracy and editorial integrity of training content.
• Use pre-existing templates to create and edit short training videos to be used by Medical Practice staff.
• Review and edit video scripts according to company standards.
• Support the members of the Knowledge Services team in projects and duties as necessary.
• Work closely with the Training Team/SMEs to give advice on content format and grammar.

Skills & Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
• Minimum of 1+ year(s) of experience through related studies, 2 years experience preferred.
• Adhere to company editorial style guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time management skills required.
• A current Student enrolled in a Digital Media (or related) program of study or are a recent graduate.
• Editorial skills for video and scripts required.
• GPA is 3.0 or higher.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Functional knowledge of video editing software; such as, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere.
• Can commit working full-time (preferred), M-F in our Boca Raton, FL headquarters.
