Job Description
We are currently seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist with a passion for data analytics and customer experience to join our vibrant team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively promote our brand and products/services to our target audience. Your focus on data analytics and customer satisfaction will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, increasing brand awareness, and generating high-quality leads through effective marketing strategies.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Customer Experience: Create, launch, and manage customer surveys and NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys to gather valuable feedback, insights, and measure customer satisfaction.
  • General Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand awareness and affinity across all platforms, internally and externally. Assist in strategic planning, advertising, and event coordination. Contribute creative ideas and execute marketing campaigns while managing individual marketing plan tasks.
  • Google Ads & Analytics Management: Strategize, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions, continuously monitoring and improving performance. Utilize Google Analytics (G4) to track and measure marketing campaign performance, website traffic, and user behavior, generating insightful reports for data-driven decisions.
  • Clinic Listing Management: Take charge of managing our online presence and clinic listings across various platforms using YEXT, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Monitor online reviews, respond to customer feedback, and implement strategies to enhance online visibility.
  • Data Analytics and Information Filtering: Utilize data analytics skills and information filtering expertise to work with diverse data sources, including Excel spreadsheets. Utilize advanced Excel functions and data manipulation techniques to sort data and extract valuable insights relevant to marketing performance, metrics, customer behavior, and key performance indicators.

  • Multi-Tasking: Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, without compromising the quality of work.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision in data analysis, reporting, and marketing initiatives.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment, readily embracing change and staying ahead of marketing trends.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Data Analytics Expertise: Proficiency in data analytics with a strong focus on utilizing tools like Google Analytics (G4) to track and measure marketing campaign performance, website traffic, and user behavior. Ability to generate insightful reports and derive actionable insights to drive data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Proactiveness: A proactive and self-driven approach to tackle challenges, identify opportunities, and continuously seek ways to improve marketing strategies.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in marketing tools, platforms, and software, including Google Ads, survey tools and software, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics - G4), YEXT, and data analysis tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in marketing, with a focus on data analytics, Google Ads, customer experience initiatives, and other general marketing tasks.
Position Requirements
Ability to:
  • Handle multiple projects at once and prioritize accordingly by prioritizing workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations
  • Up to 15% local travel
  • Work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately and meet deadlines.
  • Problem solve by applying principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Understand and execute a variety of instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Manage internal customers as well as the customers’ expectations
