The Manager, Digital Marketing will be a part of the Digital Innovation and Marketing Operations Team. The team’s mission is drive digital transformation that is rooted in continual enhancements to our roadmap focused on a digital-first mindset, which utilizes a test & learn culture while balancing operational effectiveness and personalized customer engagement across the enterprise driving Azurity to TRUE NORTH. This position will help build the digital foundation and execute innovative digital strategies and tactics allowing Azurity to be a pioneer in our industry. Partnering closely with the entire Marketing team, this individual will also work closely with cross-functional team members in Commercial Operations & Analytics to ensure that business strategies and tactics are executed and optimized with excellence; and measured for impact (ROI).


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Passion to develop and be a true digital marketing subject matter expert
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Brand customer insights, journey, and segmentation strategies and apply them to CRM/Digital campaigns and multi-channel programs.
  • Execution of omnichannel strategies, measuring impact, results, and insights to improve
  • Drive SEO efforts working in partnership with key internal and external partners
  • Lead our Google Analytics implementation, standardization, and usage across all brands/campaigns
  • Manage Media AOR and drive media strategy in partnership with the brands
  • Collaborate in a matrixed environment with Brand Marketing, Creative/Media/Digital agencies, Commercial Operations & Insights, Sales, and Medical/Regulatory/Legal business partners.
  • Work with brand leads to understand brand marketing strategies to support their strategic imperatives


Education & Experience:

  • Understanding of Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) process
  • Ability to function as a team player by building strong working relationships built on clarity, collaboration, empathy, reliability, and simplicity required
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Inquisitive, strong analytical skills, including the ability to infer and apply learnings.
  • Functional knowledge and expertise on digital marketing platforms - Veeva and Sales Force Marketing Cloud
  • Attention to detail and follow-through on execution required
  • Minimum of 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech and or healthcare related marketing experience (Agency experience welcome)
  • Passion for creating personalized content and implement innovative ideas to increase customer engagement and digital excellence
  • Understanding / experience in modular content preferred
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in CX, content marketing and CRM, building and optimizing efforts to improve customer engagement, awareness, and conversions using data-driven strategies
  • Ability to apply strong quantitative skills with an ability to set KPIs and measure campaign and channel performance
  • BA or BS degree (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
  • Demonstrated project management skills required
  • Experience working with digital agencies and third parties
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
