Job Description
We are a leading manufacturer in the snack industry, seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. We are known for creating innovative products that people love. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth strategy and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns that drive sales and engage customers. Our products are sold in leading retailers throughout the US, and this is a unique opportunity to work with a well-respected brand in the food production industry.


Responsibilities


  • Monitor online reputation and proactively address any negative feedback or reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing tools, techniques, and trends and provide recommendations to the team on how to improve our digital marketing strategy.
  • Develop and execute on all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, display advertising, SEO, and PPC.
  • Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with brand messaging and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotions, new product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make suggestions for improvements to optimize effectiveness and drive sales.
  • Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.


Requirements


  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in the food production or retail industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Expert knowledge of email marketing, social media, display advertising, SEO, and PPC.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales and engagement.
