This internship can be fully remote and will start mid-May with the intention of the internship continuing as long as possible.
What You'll Get to Do:

Content management System:

• Learn current workflow for creating, editing, publishing, content on the public facing website
• Assist with maintaining and updating web content using Drupal Content Management System
• Assist with new product launches; gather images, files, and specifications
• Update website pages, ensuring accurate information is displayed. Ensure they have proper copy, images, specifications, and resource files
• Add new dealers/installers into our dealer locator tool

Search Engine Optimization:

• Optimize content by adding relevant keywords to pages
• Research keywords and link building opportunities
• Perform and document website analysis to ensure content is optimized
• Assist with the implementation of our SEO strategy

Metrics:

• Track leads submitted through our web forms
• Assist with the collection of web data and make recommendations to improve website
• Analyze website metric reports and provide recommendations

Installer Support:

• Support marketing team on all co branded request from installers
• Pre screen leads and sales inquires
• Ship collateral materials to installers
• Maintain trade show and webinar schedule on portal
• Update sales order sheets
• Assist with installer onboarding process. Provide tracking numbers on shipments to clients
• Assist with the installer portal. Ensuring files are up to date.

What You'll Bring:

Education and Experience:

• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Software, Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Marketing or Management

• Creative, self starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Innovative approach and a forward thinker
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Positive attitude, flexibility and problem solving mentality
• Excellent organizational and writing skills
