The Creative Designer will play a critical role within our fast-paced, in-house creative agency that partners with internal and external stakeholders to develop, reimagine and produce layouts, designs, original content and advertising in all media; including digital, print, broadcast and social. As the Designer, you will utilize project management, design and production skills to work collaboratively, independently and diligently to complete projects within established brand strategies and guidelines.


The Creative Designer will


  • Team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Original concept development.
  • Actively manage, create, design, and produce final assets for marketing initiatives
  • Provide photography consultation to our internal stakeholders as needed
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Advanced skills in creative design, typography, page layout, color theory and illustration.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Create and maintain brand assets including patterns, icons, templates, layouts, etc for use in all media
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and related platforms.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud software required Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.
  • Firm understanding of the marketing lifecycle in developing effective creative.
  • Independently design solutions concepts, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Familiarity with formal brainstorming and design thinking processes are a plus.
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
  • Apply the look and feel of our assets across digital, eCommerce, print, video for multiple devices and platforms (web - desktop / tablet / mobile)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity and a desire to expand your UX/UI practices and methodologies using tools like Adobe XD, Sketch or Figma.
  • Results-oriented with a firm understanding of the marketing lifecycle and operations
  • General knowledge of printing best practices and file preparation.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with fundamentals of user-experience and user-interface design, using tools like Adobe XD, Sketch or Figma
  • General knowledge of best practices and file preparation for print at all sizes
  • Strong knowledge of media production across print, web, mobile, social, etc.

The Compliance Program Analyst assists in ensuring the assigned PNMAC Servicing business unit(s) is in compliance with mortgage servicing industry laws and regulations related to Treasury (HAMP/HAFA), GSE, VA, FHA, State, CFPB, etc. As the Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing new and updated regulations and investor requirements; assessing the impact to written, automated and manual policies and procedures. Administration of various exams and audits - gather/ coordinate deliverable submissions related to internal and/or external audits and exams, ensuring adequacy and timeliness and partner with line of business on follow-up items and remediation efforts, as required.


The Compliance Program Analyst will


  • Technical proficiency in regulatory compliance matters and regulations
  • Provide guidance to business units for Regulatory Updates and Policy & Procedure updates on behalf of assigned Servicing business unit(s). Maintain and update various logs and project plans to meet departmental requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Work with the Servicing Compliance Program Manager and Quality Assurance team to identify new or changed regulatory requirements and assess impact
  • Ensure proper communication and implementation of laws and regulations related to Treasury (HAMP/HAFA), GSE, VA, FHA, State, and CFPB. Provide guidance to Servicing business units to ensure laws and regulations are interpreted and implemented accurately policies/procedures, flow charts, reference guides, forms, technology and operations needed to properly service loans
  • Assist in reviewing line of business rebuttals to exceptions and determining final loan or process level remediation. Work with the QA team and business unit management to develop efficient and effective solutions and action plans to address findings and recommendations
  • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
