Job Description

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure and tools necessary for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated deployments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient software development and deployment processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Building and configuring automation tools and frameworks for code deployment and infrastructure provisioning
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborating with software developers to streamline the build and release process
  • Managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Implementing and maintaining configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
  • Collaborating with development and operations teams to improve system performance and reliability
  • Ensuring the security and compliance of infrastructure and applications
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to build and deployment processes
  • Staying up to date with the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices
  • Implementing and managing containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for application deployment


Requirements:

  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, Subversion)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
  • Understanding of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles and tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Strong proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Ruby, PowerShell)
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI, CircleCI)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
