5+ years + experience in supporting Sales related applications on IPad, IPhone and laptops and
other mobile devices.
Hardware repair of Laptops(HP & Lenovo) and iPads( standard and Air).
Imaging of laptops to the standard image available.
Setting the equipment's (laptops & iPads) as per Boston Scientific policy.
Advanced OS/software troubleshooting that cannot be resolved over the phone.
Thorough knowledge of iOS operating system, its upgrades and related troubleshooting.
Moderate knowledge of Android operating system, its upgrades and related troubleshooting.
Knowledge to troubleshoot VPN issues related to Pulse secure, VPN On demand, Pulse client
etc. on IPads and Laptops.
Experienced troubleshooting of wireless and wired networks. Hands on experience on tools like
MDM Airwatch console to manage user's mobile devices.
Provide superior customer service to all fellow employees.
Demonstrate good social skills in a professional environment.
Repair computers and end point technologies in a timely manner.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to effectively prioritize workload to ensure high priority projects/assignments are
completed first.
Assist other IT teams as needed.
Setup and install new equipment throughout the office(s), move existing equipment when
necessary.
Troubleshoot, Install and uninstall software(s) when necessary.
Install/Set-up telephones for new employees.
Keeps server room, store rooms and work area in an orderly manner.
Enter data into systems to store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of capabilities and
requirements for processes and systems.
Work between sites in the area.
Flexibility around new systems, processes, and responsibilities.
Preferred Education, Experience And Skills
Technical bend of mind to drill down to the root cause of the issue and fix it permanently.
ITIL certification would be preferred.
The IT End User Technician II must have at least an associate degree or equivalent work
experience, with at least five-year experience in Information Technologies. Must be familiar with
and able to operate personal computers, printers and other related hardware. Experience with
MS operating systems (Windows 98 through Windows 10), MacOS (OS 10+) and MS Office
applications is also required (2010-O365)
