Description
Opportunity to join a growing team in need of a technical support analyst to provide both deskside and phone support to corporate users.
In this role you will:.
  • Resolve information technical issues via e-mail, phone, and walk-up with an emphasis on resolving the issue
  • Provides first and second level technical support for end user hardware devices and Microsoft Office suite
productivity tools
  • Provides input for IT asset management process including tools, procedures,
and standards.
  • Participate in 24X7 on call rotation.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of corporate experience providing technical support to users in person and over the phone
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware, software, and technical
issues (Windows 10, SCCM, O365, Active Directory, printers)
  • Interest in contributing and participating in a team that includes fellow IT Professionals as well as internal customers.
