Position Summary
This is a remote position within USA. The successful candidate needs to be located in the Eastern Time zone.
Thales is looking for a Designer, Creative Services to join the Thales Cloud Protection & Licensing (CPL) Creative Services team. In this position, you will collaborate with teams across marketing, product marketing, field marketing and other internal stakeholders, to provide design strategy and visual communications materials that drive brand awareness and support Thales CPL products, services and maintain brand compliance.
Reporting to the Director of Creative Services, the Designer is a client-facing role responsible for the development and execution of a diverse range of print and web projects across multiple languages for marketing campaigns and web-based graphics. Though fluency in another language is not required, you must effectively manage projects from concept to final artwork while adhering to corporate branding guidelines.
As a key member of our global team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create materials such as brochures, posters, microsites, email banners, and online advertisements, ensuring consistency across web, print, and animated designs.
Key Areas of Responsibility

• Partners with the Thales CPL Communications team and teams across marketing, product marketing, field marketing and other internal stakeholders - to develop creative concepts, strategy, themes, and assets to support execution of campaigns.
• Design select global integrated demand generation campaigns and strategy working with teams across the marketing organization, including field marketing, solutions marketing, product marketing and digital marketing to deliver unified campaigns and messaging to the market.
• Design visual communications materials on a high-level that drive brand awareness and support Thales CPL products, services and maintain brand compliance.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard design tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Marketing or another relevant field of study.
• A passion for creative problem-solving and a desire to stay current with design trends and innovations.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a self-directed manner.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to both internal teams and clients.
• Experience working with international teams and collaborating across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• B2B experience.
• 10+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience working in the IT industry for a global company.
• Customer oriented and a team player approach to problem solving.

Special Position Requirements

• Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
