Design Studio Manager Jobs

We are seeking a highly motivated Design Studio Manager to join our team in the men's fashion industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent management skills and experience in the retail industry, preferably in a men's fashion brand. The Design Studio Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the studio, maintaining the studio’s cleanliness and organization, and ensuring the satisfaction of all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchasing – purchasing supplies for the Studio including cleaning supplies, tailoring supplies, merchandising supplies, event supplies.
• Keyholder responsible for opening/closing procedures – Disarm/arm security system, check studio phone voicemails. Ensure all appropriate doors locked/unlocked. Check mailbox for mail.
• Client sales, service and business development - responsible for greeting all clients entering the studio, explaining the Elevee experience to new clients, measuring clients, designing their clothing and entering the order into the Elevee platform. Creating and maintaining CRM information of existing clients and potential clients.
• Local payables – ensuring that all local bills related to the Studio are paid by check or corporate AmEx.
• Studio Maintenance – responsible for keeping the design studio in a clean, orderly fashion to maximize the client experience.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience using a CRM system is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the men's fashion industry.
