Deposit Data Quality Analyst

Responsible for activities related to deposit account disputes and data furnishing. This role will play an integral part in ensuring compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). This individual will need to investigate and provide a recommended resolution to consumer report disputes. Additionally, this individual will need to work to validate data contributed to the National Specialty Consumer Reporting Agencies (NSCRAs). Data validation involves critical analysis and interpretation of data relative to system information and transmission files. Finally, this individual may participate and assist in remediation of identified problems or issues. Candidate would preferably have knowledge of FCRA requirements and a strong understanding of deposit accounts a familiarity with reporting of accounts to an NSCRA.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to three years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Thorough knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area
• Strong knowledge of computer systems used in the assigned area
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $22.74 - $30.34 - $33.37
