Job Description
  • Consults with analyst to bring in system to AR Cash management module through QA testing and configuration.
  • Understands the basics of the Inovah point of sale system and learns the ability to configure payment codes and Inovah buttons
  • Collaborates with IT solutions Project Manager and Financial Management Business Process analysts to work with customers on Inovah configurations
  • Ability to build out an interface file between 3rd party systems to Inovah and/or directly to
  • Uses and/or troubleshoots interfaces between and Inovah such as ActiveNet, Club Prophet, Appetize, Petpoint, Public Events and CIS Water Billing systems.
  • Perform remote installation of client on desktops


Knowledge of:

  • Peoplesoft financials such as AR and Cash management modules
  • Inovah point of sale systems
  • Building XML or CSV files/interfaces from 3rd party systems to Inovah and/or Peopleosft systems

Skilled in:

  • Business Analysis, understanding business processes, and creating interface files
