Deposit Operations Specialist Jobs

Ensures company standard of quality and output by providing data entry and processing in the Operations Support area. Provide assistance and support to the branches and management in a timely, courteous and knowledgeable manner.

Responsibilities

• Validation of Online Banking Set Up
• Fulfill various maintenance requests
• ACH Disputes
• EStatement Set Up and Maintenance
• High Dollar Review
• Process Incoming Returns
• Provide support to Checks & ACH Services group
• Process Non-Post Items and NSF Items
• Counterfeit and Fraud Processing
• Check Adjustments/Stop Pay Processing
• Other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education and Minimum Experience

• 2 years of experience in banking, preferably in an operations support role
• High School graduate or equivalent General Education Certificate (GED)

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities

• Ability to meet time deadlines and function in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills, task organization skills and a high level of initiative
• Demonstrate a general level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of ACH or equivalent experience helpful
• Familiarity with various types of accounts as it relates to Online Banking access and permissions
