We're looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join the Global Marketing team at a pivotal point in our growth. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for Demand Generation and Campaign strategies and tactics that drive repeatable, scalable and predictable new business pipeline. You will own the execution of our demand generation programs for several key areas such as but not limited to thought leadership and research, key verticals, product lines, always on, and events to drive top-line growth. You will work to identify and generate new leads, pipeline acceleration, and closed won revenue targets for our Inbound and Outbound Sales teams through a multi-channel and innovative strategy.


This position can be located in: CA, FL, CO, CT, NC, NY.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute measurable integrated demand programs that drive revenue
  • Design and implement high-impact programs that are optimized to deliver results across the marketing and sales funnel while hitting target metrics, including leads, pipeline, and high ROI campaigns
  • Gain a deep understanding of the target audience and core messages needed to produce effective demand generation campaigns
  • Utilize MarTech stack to enhance lead data for improved CRM hygiene and increased MQL quality
  • Bring modern, effective marketing approaches to a high velocity sales and marketing organization
  • Measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length
  • Work collaboratively across the go-to-market organization to align and communicate programs
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to track and monitor performance for digital marketing channels including: paid social, content syndication, SEO, SEM, and more.
  • Work lockstep with Lifecycle Marketing Manager to strategize on creative campaigns designed to increase brand engagement and convert leads.
  • Communicate up, down and across the organization and agencies to ensure the best business outcomes from every Demand Gen priority and investment


Requirements:

  • Able to work in fast paced work environment and juggling both short and long term priorities along with daily demands
  • Data driven individual who develops shared measurement and tracking of demand generation programs for marketing and sales
  • Bonus points for experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Looker and other related-technologies
  • Extremely organized and driven to achieve results
  • 3-5 years specific and relevant experience in a fast-paced, B2B demand generation environment
  • Team player with cross-functional project leadership skills
  • Proven experience scaling demand marketing programs (e.g., webinars, lead nurturing, field marketing, etc.)
  • Proven record of partnering with sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
  • Creativity to build innovative programs that engage prospects and optimize marketing dollars


The approximate base compensation for the role: $95,000- $135,000. In addition to base pay you be eligible to participate in company Annual Bonus, Stock Options, Health and Financial Wellness benefits, Unlimited PTO and other benefits as part of the compensation package. However, a final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, candidate profile, job related-knowledge and skills.
