Position Specific Description At NextEra Energy our people are our biggest asset.


In this position you will provide administrative support to the VP of Development for the Distributed Generation (DG) team.


You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.


You will be responsible for processing monthly expense reports for executives on the team, and reviewing those expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will be responsible for updating reports and dashboards with new information and preparing the information for team meetings and making requested edits to PowerPoint presentations.


You will also be responsible for making arrangements for team events and meetings.


This position requires the ability to adapt to changes, and communicate effectively with others.


Previous experience as an administrative assistant and with PowerPoint highly preferred.
