Job Overview:
The Vice President Default Servicing will run day-to-day functions of default management for multiple servicing departments, which may include foreclosure, bankruptcy, operational litigation and others. This position is onsite.
A Typical Day:
The VP Default Servicing will:
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
  • Lead team to oversee all bankruptcy activity/compliance
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Handle all litigation files
  • Produce management reports on all default activity
  • Manage vendor relations with all outside counsel
  • Lead team to oversee all operational litigation activity/compliance
What You’ll Bring:
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • 5+ years relevant work experience
  • Strong problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of mortgage banking – specifically Foreclosure within Default Servicing.
  • Ability to interpret data to provide bottom-line message to senior management.

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
  • Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
  • Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
  • Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

Salary: $69,500 - $144,500
