Summary:

EMC Financial is seeking a dedicated Data Specialist to oversee and manage our CRM data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of CRM systems, and the ability to design and maintain efficient data management processes. The Data Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that our CRM data is accurate, consistent, and free from redundancies.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management and Maintenance:

• Implement data validation rules and processes to prevent data discrepancies.
• Regularly review and clean CRM data to eliminate duplicates and ensure accuracy.
• Update, validate, and correct data records to maintain data integrity.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Generate regular reports on data quality metrics and make recommendations for data enhancement.
• Analyze CRM data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.

Process Development and Optimization:

• Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Identify areas of inefficiency and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and maintain a robust system for EMC Financial to manage and utilize CRM data.

Collaboration and Training:

• Liaise with different departments to ensure consistent use of the CRM system.
• Provide training and support to CRM users to ensure best practices in data entry and management.
• Collaborate with IT and other technical teams to resolve any system-related issues.

Data Security and Compliance:

• Implement and oversee access controls to protect sensitive data.
• Ensure all data handling and storage practices comply with data protection regulations and company policies.

Continuous Learning:

• Attend relevant training and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in data management and CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data management, preferably with CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data visualization tools and database systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
