Our technology startup client is looking for a Sales Specialist to join their team full-time. This role has remote flexibility and can be based out of anywhere in the US.
As the company’s Sales Specialist, you will think and execute strategically to achieve revenue growth, align interests of peers, and be committed to growth plan execution.
The primary responsibilities for the successful Sales Specialist include:
- Ensuring high closing ratios
- Driving the sales arm for the client
- Scaling the sales organization
- Focusing on customer success
- Creation and implementation of sales operations
- Lead generation
- Ensuring the closing of all leads that come through the Marketing team
Required skills / qualifications for the ideal Sales Specialist:
- Player/Coach Mentality
- Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and verbal
- Startup experience is a MUST
- Strong background of both marketing and sales experience
- The ability to create and scale a sales organization
- SaaS experience
