As a driven and customer-centric Outside Sales Representative, you play a vital part in Walker’s Office Supplies growth and profitability by delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maximizing profitability. As an Outside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong relationships with customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions to exceed their expectations. Additionally, you will actively seek out new sales opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and collaborate with the inside sales team to achieve sales goals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service: Interact with customers in a professional and personable manner, actively listening to their needs and promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries. Provide expert product knowledge, offer personalized recommendations, and demonstrate the value of Walker’s Office Supplies partnership and offerings. Strive for customer satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
2. Drive sales and profitability: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both with existing and potential customers. Help develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals. Utilize your strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively present and close deals, maximizing growth in increase overall profit. Collaborate with the inside sales team to analyze data, identify trends, and make customer focused recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness and profitability.
3. Build and maintain relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business goals and challenges. Act as a liaison for customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless execution of orders/projects. Provide ongoing support, guidance, and product education. Attend meeting and networking opportunities to expand your network and represent the company professionally.
