DATA AND REPORTING ANALYST - HYBRID IN LOS ANGELES, CA.

The Select Group is seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst to help support one of our largest clients in the utilities industry. For this role, we are looking for a Data and Reporting analyst with good experience in regulatory work or environmental policy with experience preparing compliance reports and managing, analyzing and/or validating large data sets to join their team and assist the collection, review and reporting of emission data while working with project managers and stakeholders to ensure emission estimates are accurate and defensible.. This is a hybrid work schedule and will be required to work onsite in Los Angeles 2 days out of the week. If this is something you are interested in, please apply today!

DATA AND REPORTING ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ years of related experience including preparing compliance reports, and management, analysis, and/or validation of large data sets.
• Intermediate or advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelors in Engineering, Science, Business, or other technical field
• Ability to thrive largely independently in a fast‐paced environment with numerous projects and competing deadlines

DATA AND REPORTING ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Company’s Project Managers (PMs) and Engineers to ensure emission estimates are accurate and defensible
• Coordinate with Company’s PMs and project stakeholders to respond to data requests from external and internal parties
• Assist with the collection, review, and reporting of emission data
• Ensure data and supporting documentation are organized, archived, and accessible on Microsoft SharePoint
• Assist with other regulatory and financial deliverables, as needed
• Provides support to PMs with IT project deliverables
