Claims Data Reporting Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recommend solutions from identified breakdowns in operational workflows.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with intracompany departments to blend, compile, and reconcile data from multiple systems.
• Understand, process, and provide information as it relates to the customer’s needs.
• Manage key reporting timelines.
• Work with the Director of Claims to ensure optimum data quality reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Attend meetings with stakeholders as needed.
• Review blended data quality for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.

Education and Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
• Healthcare and claims experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Medical terminology required
• Complete assignments within prescribed timelines with a high degree of accuracy.
• Project management

• Must have strong data analytic capabilities with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and report on significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to work high-pressure situations, with interruptions and deadlines.
• Must be comfortable in dealing with high amounts of ambiguity.
• Proof of current COVID Vaccination
• U.S. Citizenship is a requirement.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must have exceptional project management skills.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• No relocation expenses offered.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
