A little about this role:

The National Data Entry Lead’s primary responsibility is managing all relevant data within our National Database and SharePoint for the lines they are assigned.

A day in the life:

• Communication –Communication with manufacturers when in need of additional information for the National Database, loading of promotions as requested or on-going as assigned (Non-headquartered manufacturers), Generating reports and provide to regions (as needed), Special projects as requested by management
• SharePoint –Saving new documents and managing existing documents on SharePoint for assigned manufacturers
• National Database –Data entry into National Database of any new information provided for assigned manufacturers – including but, not limited to, distributor information, product information and promotional details, inactivating all discontinued products within our National Database, updating price increases/decreases within the National Database, distributor item code maintenance within National Database, periodical reviews of manufacturers’ data to ensure accuracy
