Data Entry Clerk
Pay: $40-50k based on experience
Location: Chesterfield (hybrid)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computer systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal errors. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Duties

• Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries
• Other duties as assigned
• Review and correct any errors or inconsistencies in data
• Maintains effective systems to support the timely release of accurate information
• Manage and track client submittals
• Enter and update data accurately into computer systems

Requirements

• Proficient in using computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role is preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or computer applications are a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies
