Responsibilities:

• Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed to contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.
• Receive, validate, and update data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform related clerical duties, such as organizing and categorizing documents and files.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain data consistency and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow guidelines and procedures to maintain data security and confidentiality.
• Operate data entry devices to accurately input records, lists, or other data points into our electronic database.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take direction from senior personnel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input and validation.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
• 0-1 year of general work experience, preferably in a clerical or data entry role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
