Kaloutas seeks a highly motivated and organized individual for the entry-level position of Data Entry Specialist on our data team. This group provides customized human input to our AI software and is an integral part of our team.

Skills required for this position include:

Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in documents pertaining to the workplace

Active Listening Giving full attention to what others are saying, taking the time to comprehend their points, and asking pertinent inquiries.

Monitoring Assessing/Monitoring the performance of oneself, others, or organizations in order to make enhancements or take corrective action

Effectively communicating in writing to meet the requirements of the intended audience

Reviewing Comparable to line revising, scrutinizing text line-by-line and ensuring consistency from one document to the next Time Management Self-pacing your workday in order to keep up with the constant influx of assignments.

You will be responsible for the following:

Collecting and analyzing digital documents and associated information

examining data and documents for mistakes

Data entry, correction, and formatting from source documents

collaboratively working with other Kaloutas staff members

Consistently achieving personal and team performance goals

Acquiring familiarity with kaloutas tools and systems in order to comprehend all internal team-related systems, processes, and procedures
