WHAT YOU'LL DO:


The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for data integrity in Staff PM System. This position will also ensure proper notification is sent out to all DHPs whose credentials have expired or are about to expire. Works closely with DHPs and Division Leads to correct deficiencies and items contributing to non-compliance. This position will also be responsible for closely monitoring and effectively maintaining the volume of all DHP Credentialing mailboxes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:


  • Process all received Scope of Services within five business days
  • Monitors expiration dates of credentials
  • Notifies respective Supervisor of problem-causing trends with vendors on items needing attention
  • Update received current credentials within five business days
  • Ensures effective monitoring of all Credentialing Mailboxes by maintaining the volume of unread emails at less than 50 at all times
  • Effectively commits all received credentials and approvals to OnBase imaging system
  • Maintains privacy and confidentiality (intentional or unintentional) of company and employee information in verbal, written, and electronic form. Limits access to all information to job-related on a need to know basis
  • Participates in special projects as needed and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Creates appropriate reports and ensures notices are sent to all DHPs with expired documentation on a 30-60-90 days intervals
  • Preserve established production metrics while maintaining high quality standards
  • Creates ad hoc reports as requested
  • Places emails and faxes in appropriate lead's folder within three business days of receipt
  • Maintains accurate records of all files in Staff PM system and precisely records all activities in the diary
  • Notify DHPs of facility approval within five business days

  • Requires and some bending, stooping, and stretching
  • Work is performed in an office environment and involves frequent contact with staff and the public.

  • Require dexterity to type at least 60 WPM

You will serve as point person for a portfolio of multi-stakeholder CPG and retail customers, sometimes owning entire customer relationships
