Job Description

WE NEED:

A passionate Data Analyst to leverage data to support our storytelling initiatives, and to help deliver impactful changes to our media organization. Reporting to the Head of Analytics, you’ll drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Design, Marketing, and Finance to identify product needs, create testing frameworks, and determine the right success metrics to push the business forward.


ROLE RESPONSILBILTY SNAPSHOT:

You'll be responsible for data collection around our website and app user experiences, analyzing, and democratizing that data so that partner teams can produce actionable insights.


A LITTLE MORE ABOUT YOU:


  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field using statistical techniques (attribution, hypothesis testing, test design/implementation, customer segmentation modeling)
  • Experience with dashboarding tools (Tableau, Looker, etc)
  • You're comfortable in a dynamic environment and can "roll with the punches"
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python/R
  • Digital marketing analytics experience (e.g. Google Analytics, Performance Marketing, Attribution)
  • Candidate MUST have a diverse technical toolkit that can be leveraged to delve into unstructured data to gain granular insights to user behavior dynamics
  • Excellent communication skills to distill complex topics into digestible yet impactful insights
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
