Responsibilities Include

• Support and maintain overall strategy for data governance (security, privacy, quality, and retention) that will satisfy business policies and requirements.
• Partner with core data teams, domain experts, data analysts, and other internal and external groups to build/support foundational data sets that are secure, scalable, trusted, well-understood, and aligned with business strategy.
• Support Fanatics’ core CRM teams as needed, including audience support, reporting development, modeling, and other data related efforts.
• Identify, document, and promote best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis languages (SQL, R, Python).
• Ability to work on multiple areas including data pipeline ETL development, data modeling & design, writing complex queries, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BI visualization and tooling (Tableau, Microstrategy, Alteryx, Power BI, QuickSight, etc).
• Previous experience using Alteryx.
• BS degree in Computer Science or Business.
• Familiarity with best practices in global data privacy (GDPR, CASL, CCPA, CANSPAM, etc).
• AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, Glue jobs, Athena).
