Customer Support Specialist Jobs

The overall responsibility of this role will be to support customers (vehicle owners) as they work directly with our approved collision centers to receive repairs in a timely manner. The Collision Support team maintains positive working relationships with collision centers, customers, as well as varied internal groups, so experience working in team environments as well as independent work is required.

• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Partner with internal teams and external collision centers to find solutions to issues that may come up during the repair process
• Deliver a world-class support experience through speaking to customers directly over the phone and through email
• Manage several customer contacts at any given time and maintain timely responses whenever necessary to each customer
• Actively record information and update information on each interaction into a CRM

• Team-First mentality
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail
• Fluent in customer management systems and MS Office Suite
• Customer service / call center/ CSR / etc
• Experience in automotive or insurance industry a plus
• Evidence of exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and soft skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask
