Job Description

Gymdesk provides online management software to gyms, martial arts schools, yoga studios and other fitness and wellness businesses.


We are looking for a customer service representative to join our customer care team part time, covering the weekend shift (Saturday / Sunday). The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. We have an awesome product and we need your help to introduce it to small business owners who could use it to improve their business. We are a small and dynamic team, and our customers are a joy to deal with (for the most part). This is a REMOTE job - you can be located anywhere in the US or North America.

Responsibilities

  • Providing onboarding and troubleshooting calls to our customers.
  • Maintaining and updating product documentation
  • Managing support tickets
  • Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Communicating with customers via phone, email and chat


Qualifications

  • High aptitude with technology, ability to quickly learn new software products
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of written and verbal communication (English)
  • At least 3 years experience in customer service


The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience using ticketing systems, conference call software (Zoom / Google Meet) and chat software (Slack)
  • Experience providing support for software products
  • Personal experience in the fitness and sports fields


Compensation

  • $25 / hour, base is 16 hour / week with the option to work additional time when needed
