What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline hero, handling high volume inbound calls (40+/day) and engaging in some outbound interactions. Your primary focus will be enrolling clients in benefits, ensuring they receive the support they need. Additionally, you'll become the go-to expert, answering questions and resolving issues like a pro. From authenticating callers to troubleshooting various inquiries, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive and seamless customer experience.

A curious mind with at least 2 years of college courses, an Associate's Degree with previous call center experience, or 2 years of customer service and office experience or call center experience. We value knowledge and dedication, no matter the traditional path taken.
