What You'll Be Doing
Delivering top-notch customer service with a smile
Responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries, addressing various topics such as services, products, billing, equipment, and claims
Paying meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work
Thriving as a team player, resolving conflicts with ease
Entering reservations into our systems following established procedures
Adhering to company policies and maintaining a clean and professional appearance
Excelling in your responsibilities with minimal supervision
Following documented procedures and instructions diligently
Embracing additional duties with enthusiasm
What You'll Bring To The Team
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Customer Service Experience, Especially In Hospitality Or Entertainment
Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and shifts, including night shifts
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Excellent attention to detail
A professional demeanor and positive attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional multitasking skills
Bilingual abilities would be a fantastic asset
