Job Description
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
*Provide information about the products and services
*Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
*Document and update customer records based on interactions
*Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
*Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
*Ability to build rapport with clients
*Ability to prioritize and multitask
*Positive and professional demeanor
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education & Experience:
* An undergraduate degree in commerce, arts, economics, engineering, or science from a reputable institute BUT NOT MANDATORY
* MBA or other post-graduate degree or diploma is DESIRABLE BUT NOT MANDATORY
* Experience in domains such as Healthcare, Transport, DefenceSupport Services, Government Outsourced Contracts as well as familiarity with geographies such as UK, Europe, Middle East, and Americas is DESIRABLE BUT NOT MANDATORY
