Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Typing speed of 50+ WPM coupled with advanced computer skills
3+ years of call center experience with a knack for handling high call volumes
3+ years of customer service experience in the home service industry (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
1+ year of inside sales experience
QA/KPI scores of 90% or higher
Familiarity with CRM and scheduling software
