The Bear's Club Property Owners' Association is seeking a motivated and independent individual to manage our Resident Services team. The Resident Services staff responds to and fulfills a wide ranging array of requests from our residents, which may include services such as:
- Dry cleaning
- Plumbing
- Home and vehicle watch
- Housekeeping
- Pool maintenance
- Shipping and postage
- Landscaping
- Interior or exterior painting
- Electrical
- Furniture moving
- Roofing
Responsibilities: As the Manager for our Resident Services program, you will play a pivotal role in curating unforgettable experiences and enhancing the living environment for our residents. Some of your responsibilities will involve:
- Providing excellent customer service and cultivating strong relationships with residents.
- Designing, creating, planning, and implementing new ideas to provide additional services and amenities to our residents.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Resident Services department.
- Coordinating and managing outside vendors and in-house staff ensuring flawless execution and resident satisfaction.
- Collaborating with an established team of vendors dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of service and performance.
Requirements: We are seeking a passionate and organized individual with a background in customer service, hospitality, or related filed. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven experience in a customer/concierge service environment and the effective and professional management of subordinates.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability of communicate effectively in the English language.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneiously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with residents and staff.
