Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Locations: Mentor, OH

Duration: Full Time, Permanent & Onsite



Job Details::-

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) with 5 years related working experience (heavy customer contact with order taking, data entry in manufacturing, and construction highly preferred), or a combination of education, training and experience.

2 years of supervising employees.

Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with EDI a plus.


Responsibilities:-

Supports Customer Service Division Manager distributing workload to customer service team; and monitors performance.

Monitors service calls to observe customer service representatives’ demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies; provides feedback as needed.

Monitors and analyzes productivity of customer service representatives; generates reports based on analysis.

Fields questions from customer service representatives and clients; recommends corrective services to address customer complaints.

Supervises 10+ employees in multiple locations. This position assists with hiring and training.

Manages customer service team, addresses questions, concerns, and resolves grievances.

Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of Construction industry product information.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Performs customer service representative duties and coverage as needed.
