What We're Looking For


A Customer Service Manager who can communicate and deliver the kind of service we demand ourselves. This person is a highly organized team player who understands the importance of customer satisfaction. Someone who knows what it feels like to be on the other side of the phone, email, or chat and can empathize while delivering results to the company and customer. They're also fearless in being scrappy (we're a startup, after all) and can problem-solve themselves.


The Customer Service Manager will ensure that we are considering the customer experience throughout the whole value-chain and ultimately will help us drive growth through customer retention & satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Ensuring that the customer service team is communicating throughout our omnichannel strategy
  • And finally, help us develop new tools and strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Work with fulfillment to ensure shipment issues are being addressed
  • You'll be responsible for customer service throughout the customer journey, from when a customer lands on our social media to follow-up emails and product fulfillment.
  • You'll help us develop a thorough response matrix so we can standardize our communication process.
  • Help Happy V develop by reporting on a customer pain point and ideating ways to improve the customer experience.


Qualifications:


  • Possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Must be an enthusiastic team player with outstanding organizational skills, time management, collaboration, and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, communication, and writing skills
  • Must have 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Experience in the women’s wellness/supplement industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good with ideation and making ideas come to life
  • Passionate about women’s wellness
  • Fluent in English (speak, read, and write)
  • Experience in communication software
