The Customer Service & Logistics Representative is responsible for customer service and operations support within the EPOS Audio subsidiary of Demant. We are looking for an energetic and service minded person who thrives in a fast paced environment to work with us.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate with carriers and logistic partners for the successful shipment and delivery of goods
- Effectively answer partner and end-user questions via phone and email leveraging clear, effective, and thorough communication skills
- Ensure retailer deadlines are met and routing guidelines are followed by 3PL and carriers
- B2B Customer contact
- Additional support functions as needed
- Facilitate solutions for shipping escalations, including exceptions and claims
- Occasional Travel
- Perform customer invoicing
- Provide accurate and timely communication with all business partners to communicate resolution and/or plan of actions when necessary
- Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations with 3PL partner
- Cross functional work with Procurement, Finance, Sales and other internal stakeholders.
- Order handling and follow-up
- Analyze, review, and process requests for return authorization and credits.
- Verifying accuracy in assigned orders by comparing data entered with source documents and making corrections to information entered when necessary
- Good understanding of ERP systems and processes (Microsoft Dynamics AX, Salesforce etc.)
- Full English proficiency
- 3 -5 years of experience with customer service, order handling and operations support
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Team player mentality, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and multitask
