Our Client is one of the well-known luxury jewellery company. They are at the beginning of their data digitalization journey, which would include Data & BI migration which would enable respectful organizational changes and prepare the organization for AI/ML, Analytic Sandbox and other advanced concepts.


You are going to cover the role of an Onsite Program Success Manager for the program and you will work closely with the Client on a daily basis to ensure program success and build strong relationships within the company.


This position is expected to be strictly onsite, with a chance to visit Client’s offices in New York and New Jersey on a regular basis. That’s why we are looking for a candidate, based in NY/NJ or ready for relocation


YOU ARE

You are a mature manager with solid Project Management background willing to focus on relationship development with the client, have a diversity of work challenges and vast areas of ownership. You value open communication, professional development, and long-term relationship.

You have the following experience, knowledge, and skillset

  • Managing program/portfolio
  • Proven experience of working with enterprise clients and building relationships there
  • Participating/leading in digital transformation projects is a big plus
  • Retail domain expertise (especially within the luxury goods market) is a big plus
  • Having close collaboration with business development and experience in presales
  • Setting up and maintaining a client’s feedback loop
  • Preventing/working with escalations, conflict resolution management
  • Ready to build a trusted rapport with client, influence decision making and work across executive and operational levels on IT and Business side
  • Comprehensive understanding of software development processes and methodologies
  • Having 6+ years in project management
  • Excellent communication, presenter, and client-facing skills
  • Background of different engagement and pricing models


YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Continuous onboarding of new profiles in the organization that need to be pulled in at async moments and debriefs them with a standardized set of documents to present the program, illustrates working spaces and co-living practices
  • Mature team of different roles (Technical Leadership, Product Management, Organizational Change Management) and align team efforts on a high level to reach program success
  • Complex digitalization program with the high-level visibility on a company level
  • Establishing and leading SteerCo meetings
  • Build trust and relationships, expand network and reputation with the enterprise client at all appropriate levels, including senior technology and business executives to drive and execute an effective program execution.
  • Senior level stakeholders expectations management from the customer side
  • Proactive risk management to ensure smooth program execution
