Job Description

About the Company:

Our client is a seed-round tech startup completely changing the way sales teams use their CRM integrations! They are looking to add a Customer Success rockstar to their growing team. This person will have tons of exposure to the C-Suite and will work very closely with the VP of Sales!!


*WORK FROM HOME 2/3 DAYS PER WEEK - COMPETITIVE SALARY + EQUITY*


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships
  • Monitor customer usage and adoption metrics, offering recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customers and meet their needs
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports and presentations to stakeholders and customers
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and onboarding support
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify upselling opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and goals, ensuring their success and satisfaction


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of technology products or services
  • Analytical skills to assess customer data and metrics
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales
