As the Customer Experience Manager, you will manage the customer relationship for all accounts in the eastern United States and Canada. This will include processing orders, coordinating delivery schedules, providing updates to customer accounts and the Growing Solutions sales team, answering customer inquiries, resolving issues via appropriate channels, maintaining customer information within the CRM system and customer portal, obtaining customer feedback, and assisting territory Technical Sales Managers as needed. Our goal is to provide an excellent customer experience via a “can do” attitude and solutions-oriented mindset.
The Customer Experience Manager is an integral role within the ICL Growing Solutions U.S. and Canada team. This is a customer facing role and will include frontline customer interaction. This position is an integral part of developing and increasing sales in the United States and Canada. The customer experience manager will demonstrate excellent time management skills and be passionate about customer service and self-improvement. Ideal candidates should be great brand ambassadors who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Manage the order to invoice process for all assigned accounts.
• Promptly respond to customer queries via email, phone, and online channels.
• Create and maintain relationships with account contacts at every level.
• Liaising with supply chain, IT, finance, credit, and sales to find the best solutions to customers’ issues.
• Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
• Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional approach at all times.
• Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved.
What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?
• 3+ years of customer service experience in agriculture or a bachelor’s degree in a related field in lieu of experience.
• Practical experience with SAP and CRM systems such as SalesForce preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills required
• The ability to respond appropriately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
• The flexibility to work irregular hours, when required.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel, if the need arises
ICL Job Level: 13
Salary Range:$49K - $75K/year
Annual Bonus Target: 5%, subject to plan provisions.
