Job Description
Pat Plumbing, Heating, and Air in Topeka, KS is looking for someone to join our Customer Experience Team. Are you a highly organized individual with exceptional follow-through abilities? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator! This position earns $20-22 per hour.   • Maintain monthly membership records including contact information, billing details and maintenance inspections.
  • Conduct outbound calls to set appointments with customers, contributing to the growth of our business.
  • Take incoming calls and book customer appointments.
  • Stay in constant communication with customers throughout the day to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor call center metrics and generate weekly reports on call numbers, cancellations, callbacks, and other key performance indicators.
  • Maintain a friendly and positive attitude, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Analytical mindset, using data to make informed decisions and improve processes.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and able to adapt to evolving challenges and priorities.
  • A positive outlook on life, bringing enthusiasm and energy to the workplace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to effectively engage with both team members and customers.
  • Proven experience in a call center or in an office setting.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks and initiatives.
Work Schedule: This office shift is 7:00am
  • 4:00pm, Monday thru Friday. Hours may vary slightly due to workload.
